我们如何处理您提交的项目资料

我们收集什么

您主动填写的姓名、工作邮箱、电话或 WhatsApp、公司、国家或地区、预计数量、项目需求和所选产品；以及提交时间、同意记录、询盘回执、报价修订、双方在客户入口的留言与您主动提交的报价意向。为防止滥用，Cloudflare 可能处理网络地址和安全信号；本服务只用经 HMAC 处理的网络标识做短期限流，不把原始 IP 写入询盘业务表。

为什么处理

资料只用于接收和核实询盘、联系您、准备产品方案与报价、保留必要的操作与安全记录，以及按您的要求继续商务沟通。提交询盘不会把您自动加入营销名单，网站也不会自动发送营销邮件、确认合同、收款或建立订单。

托管与跨境处理

网站运行在 Cloudflare Pages，线上询盘保存在 Cloudflare D1。Cloudflare 作为托管与安全服务商，可能通过全球基础设施在您所在国家或地区以外处理必要技术数据。我们只向完成托管、安全、沟通和后续履约所必需的服务商及获授权员工开放相应资料，不出售您的个人信息。

保存多久

默认自最后一次项目跟进起最长保存 24 个月，届时由团队人工复核并删除不再需要的询盘资料；测试、无效或误提交记录应更早删除。若项目成交，或为履行合同、处理争议、财税记录及其他法定义务所必需，相关资料会转入相应业务档案并按适用期限保存。客户专属令牌和会话采用更短有效期。

您的选择与请求

您可以通过上述邮箱或电话申请查阅副本、更正、删除、限制处理，或撤回针对本次询盘的同意。为保护资料，我们可能先核实申请人与询盘联系人的关系。撤回不影响此前已经完成的合法处理，但可能使我们无法继续提供方案或报价。

安全与链接责任

我们使用 HTTPS、管理员登录、CSRF 防护、限流、哈希化令牌和最少公开字段等措施。客户报价链接属于持有者凭证，不验证真实身份；请只通过已确认的渠道交付，不要转发，也不要在询盘中填写密码、银行卡、身份证件或与项目无关的敏感资料。

告知更新

业务或服务商发生实质变化时，我们会更新本页及日期。法律要求或业务适用性可能因客户所在地区不同而变化；如需签约、付款或特定地区的数据安排，请在正式合同中另行确认。

How we handle project inquiry data

Data we collect

We process the name, work email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, company, country or region, estimated quantity, project brief, and selected product that you submit. We also keep submission and consent times, inquiry receipts, quote revisions, portal messages, and any quote intent you choose to record. Cloudflare may process network and security signals to prevent abuse. Our business tables store only a short-lived HMAC-derived network key for rate limiting, not the original IP address.

Purposes

We use this data to receive and verify your inquiry, contact you, prepare a product proposal and quote, keep necessary operational and security records, and continue the requested business discussion. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. The site does not automatically send marketing email, form a contract, take payment, or create an order.

Hosting and international processing

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages and online inquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare provides hosting and security services and may process necessary technical data through infrastructure outside your country or region. Access is limited to authorized staff and providers needed for hosting, security, communication, and later fulfilment. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

By default, inquiry data is kept for no longer than 24 months after the last project follow-up, then manually reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Test, invalid, or mistaken submissions should be removed sooner. If a project proceeds, records needed for a contract, dispute, accounting, tax, or other legal duty move to the relevant business file and follow its applicable retention period. Customer link tokens and sessions expire much sooner.

Your requests

Use the email or phone above to request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for this inquiry. We may verify that the requester is connected to the inquiry before disclosing or changing data. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and may prevent us from continuing the proposal or quote.

Security and link handling

Controls include HTTPS, administrator authentication, CSRF protection, rate limits, hashed tokens, and limited public fields. A customer quote link is a bearer credential and does not prove identity. Deliver it only through a verified channel, do not forward it, and do not submit passwords, card details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information in an inquiry.

Changes

We will update this page and date when the service or processing changes materially. Requirements can vary by location. Contract, payment, invoicing, and any region-specific data arrangement must be confirmed separately in the formal agreement.
